Delivery is via Ireland's national postal service, 'An Post'. I pack my items very carefully to make sure they arrive to you safe and undamaged!

For delivery of larger items within the Island of Ireland, I use "Fastways" courier service. Delivery is next day. I pack my items very carefully to make sure they arrive to you safe and undamaged!

For orders outside Ireland I use Acrylic Picture Frame Glass. Offering excellent levels of optical clarity, acrylic is an excellent alternative to glass for use in picture frames.  I pack my items very carefully to make sure they arrive to you safe and undamaged!

Refunds and Exchanges

If your painting has been damaged in transit, please send me a photograph of damaged item and a replacement will be shipped to you as soon as possible or if you prefer a full refund.

If you're not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it to me within 30 days of the order date.

As soon as it arrives back, I will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - Ludmila Korol does not reimburse the return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
