Enchanted - Original

All of my paintings spring from my imagination and are not usually of a particular subject but a pastiche of my mood and feelings and memories. The title of this is Enchanted. To me she looks like a Ukraine girl with the garland of flowers in her hair. Perhaps it is influenced by the fact that my brother has come to visit me in Ireland and so so my thoughts are going back to my childhood in the Ukraine.

Original painting in oil on canvas and measuring 56 x 64 cm  (22 x 25 inches)

Painting is on a deep stretcher and is floated in a white box frame. Overall size is 81 x 73 cm. and 5.5 cm deep.
